The hotel is ver nice, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was allright. A good hotel!
There was an extra cost for the safe, and I think that was a little strange. The breakfast wasn't the same over the weekend and over the weekdays. There was no buffet breakfast on monday, which wasn not that nice.

We were couple with 1 kid. The price in the booking wasn't final. We were charged for child, while nothing in the booking confirmation warned about it. Price in booking must be final, since I stated all details in reservation

The hotel SPA was unclean and overcrowded. No hot water in the kitchen.

Don’t ask for two bedroom apartment. It is a high price, not worth for, an unnecessary big mansard flat. There was an obvious ventilation problem especially in dining room with smoke that came from surrounding chimneys. There were big empty corridors inside, very big and rather empty dining room with kitchenette without necessary equipment. There was a refrigerator but without possibility to connect it to the electricity. You should cross three corridors and two elevators to reach the room but there was no phone to contact reception even in emergency cases. In the bathroom, rather small for the flat dimensions, both sink and shower were leaking.
